The central idea hijacks a Portuguese culinary expression, "no ponto" (perfectly done), and applies it to the app experience, positioning its features (ordering, rewards, challenges) as the secret to always being at your best.
The concept extended into a three-tier audience segmentation inspired by burger doneness, "bem, médio e mal passados", each brought to life through influencer content tailored to that user profile.
